If so, I can't imagine how you can say that this is "more of the same crap" that we've been hearing for the last 8 years. Representative Paul voted *against* the invasion of Iraq, he didn't hype it up. He has consistently been in favor of withdrawing troops, *not* "staying the course" or adding more forces. Ron Paul has always stood in favor of the Constitution, and his voting record has proven that. He's not called "Dr. No" for nothing. If Ron Paul had decided to be an unprincipled, scheming, Machiavellian politician, like so many we have in office right now (and like most of the others contending for the presidential nomination) he most likely could have gone a lot higher in the levels of government than he has. Instead, this plain-speaking, no-nonsense doctor from Texas has stood firm on principle and Constitutional authority, even when he could have benefited greatly from doing otherwise. He is a proven man of integrity, and that is vanishingly rare in today's political landscape. Rangersfc,
